Feasibility study, design for zoning permit (design for construction permit and tender design temporarily suspended) of SHPP Vír 3. Technical-economic assessment of four different alternatives of SHPP construction in the area of the current dam of daily reservoir under the Vír dam with a subsequent elaboration of design for zoning permit. The chosen alternative uses a single Kaplan turbine (Bulb type) of maximal power output 294 kW and nominal head 3.12 m.
Responsible for the overall technical design including hydraulic assessment, negotiation with local authorities and potential turbine technology suppliers, ensuring of supporting surveys (topographical, hydrological, geological and construction-quality surveys) as well as project management.
